I don’t know what it is about certain themes that seem to grab your eyes but this one does a lot.

I have tried for a long time to create themes for other wordpress sites and have never come this close to perfection. I will be tweaking it over the next few days to fit my needs but doubt it will need much adjusting.

I am no longer using the Hoofei Theme on this site; for those that still looking to get a copy of the Hoofie Theme I have left the download link live.

If the post you are writing is longer then the template it can leave alot of white space in your side bars and throw off the entire balance of the site template. Using the quick tag of “Next_Page” (follow the link to the codex) will put the page tag on the bottom of that post to indicate the next available page numbers.

You will find that this helps keep your blog clean and uniform.

Be sure and write it down somewhere safe.

It seems to be a simple feature, and may come in handy in some cases; but I would not use it for critical information.

I would love to hear what you have to say and I know there are dozens of comment spam plug-ins available for WordPress, but I am not in the mood to deal with it. This site does not generate much traffic, it is here to amuse me and hopefully others. Persons that feel that they will increase there page rank by spamming others are mistaken and are not aware of how page ranking works. I wish them all cancer of the face.

I came across LightBox just now and it looks very promising. I have tested it on a test blog, (always test on a test blog first) and it seems to be fine. I have found some minor bugs but I can live with them until it is perfected.

LightBox uses some fancy javascript but works in both IE and FF just fine. Simply put it will have all full size images open on the same page while graying out the background and leaving the full size image in the foreground. Pretty slick. Once the user clicks again on the page it reverts back to normal.
