Politically correct ways to say someone is stupid

There is a right way and a wrong way to approach a subject, but stupidity is one that is always touchy. When it comes to a person’s stupidity level, it is always best to be Politically correct about it.

There is an individual in my office that words cannot describe. He is one of the reasons I feel good about myself at times. Just when I think that I don’t know what I am doing, or that I cannot figure out an issue, I think about the mass of flesh that sits to my left. I have conveniently named him Vegetable Lasagna, but he does not know that, he is too dim.
